The Roastery

From green bean to cup,

The whole journey

Five honest steps. No shortcuts.

Every bag and every cup at Morning Brew Co walks the same road, and the gentleman walks it with them.

  1. Step 1

    Source

Green lots chosen by cupping, from farms we can name.

  2. Step 2

    Roast

Small batches in our drum, logged by ear, eye and nose.

  3. Step 3

    Rest

Two days off gas before any bean meets a grinder.

  4. Step 4

    Grind

Dialed in each morning, ground the moment you order.

  5. Step 5

    Pour

Served across the counter with a tip of the hat.

The gentleman of the square

One hat. One cup. Every morning.

He is on our bags, our cups, our door and our board. He takes his coffee seriously and everything else lightly, which is roughly the house philosophy too.
