This Season on the Board

Honey Lavender Latte, served with a bow

Local honey, a whisper of lavender, and our house espresso under silky steamed milk. Hot or iced, the gentleman presents it the same way: saucer first, smile second. Here for the season, gone when the bees say so.

The House Blend

The same beans the gentleman hauls in by the sack: a medium roast with notes of toasted pecan, cocoa, and brown sugar. Roasted in small batches, bagged whole, and ground however you like at the counter.

Our Gentleman

One hat. One house. Every cup.

You will find him everywhere in this house: tipping his hat at the door, pulling shots at the counter, reading by the window with a cortado going cold. He is the standard we pour to, sketched in brown ink so the coffee can be the color.
