This season at my counter

The Porch Swing Peach Cold Brew

A Tennessee July asks for something cold and unhurried. I steep our house cold brew a full eighteen hours, sweeten it with ripe peach and a whisper of vanilla, and finish it over ice with cream. It tastes like an afternoon with nowhere to be.

The House Blend

I roast this one myself, in small batches, the way I was taught. Brazilian body, Ethiopian brightness, a finish like toasted pecan and brown sugar. It is the coffee in every cup I hand across my counter, and I will happily send a bag home with you.
