This is where it all began, a panelled parlor at Cambridge Square where neighbors linger, cups steam, and nobody checks the clock. I will pour. You settle in.

A note from your host

Dear neighbor,

A morning is not something to survive. It is something to be served, on a saucer, with a little steam rising off the top.

That is the whole idea behind this house. We roast with patience, bake before the sun is properly up, and fold crepes to order. The chairs are deep on purpose. Stay a while.

The door at Cambridge Square is open seven days a week. Come as you are. Leave in a better mood.

Small batches, roasted on site, cupped every morning before the doors open. Keep walking. The full menu is laid out just past the roaster.

The same roast we pull at the bar, sealed in kraft with the gentleman pressed in leather on the front. Chocolate depth, a clean toffee finish, and enough backbone to carry cream.

A gentleman on every cup.

He has worn the same top hat since the first pot was poured. You will find him engraved on the door, pressed into the bags, and stamped in wax on the boxes that leave for catering. When you see him, the coffee is ours.
