We weigh, grind, and pour every cup to order. Espresso pulled slow, filter brewed by hand, milk steamed to silk. No shortcuts on the way down.
Act III · The Crema
Crema is the signature of a shot pulled right. Ours swirls like a spiral arm, then settles into something you can sink into.
Take the universe home
The roast we open the shop with every morning. Rich and balanced, roasted to shine as filter or espresso, sealed in matte black with gold foil.
