This season's cloth

Each season the house cuts one drink from new cloth. When the season is retired, so is the cloth, exactly as a wardrobe should behave.

Cold brew steeped slow overnight, pressed with local honey and a single thread of lavender. Light in the shoulders, long in the finish.

Our everyday cut, roasted for the neighborhood and bagged with the gentleman's likeness on the label. Ground to your brewer's exact measurements at the counter, or left whole if you keep your own grinder pressed and ready.

The fitting room is open seven days a week at Cambridge Square. Walk in, take a seat, and let the house take your measurements.
