Proclamation for High Summer

Let it be known throughout the realm

The Iced Cortado shall reign for the season

Whereas the Tennessee sun has taken its high summer throne, the House hereby proclaims that its beloved cortado shall be poured over ice, in equal and honourable measure of espresso and cold milk, until the season is spent. All subjects of the morning are invited to present themselves at the counter and claim their cup with due ceremony.

Composed each morning by the purveyor himself. Espresso drawn to order, pastry from the oven, crepes from the iron, bagels dressed with intent.
