Chapter I · The Morning

Once upon a morning, a gentleman went looking for a proper cup.

He found it at Cambridge Square, where the espresso is pulled slow, the crepes are folded warm, and every visit reads like a favorite page.

Chapter II · The Season at Hand

Midsummer in Tennessee: the sun is up early and so are we. For this chapter the board leans golden and cold, poured over ice while the porch is still cool and the beans are still singing from the roaster.

  • slow steeped for a day, finished with honey and cream

  • sparkling and orchard sweet, no coffee required

  • espresso, cold milk, and a violet hush

Written on the board for a season only. When the chapter turns, so does the pour.

Chapter IV · The Keepsake

Take the story home: the House Blend.

Roasted warm and round, with notes of cocoa, toasted hazelnut, and brown sugar. Kind at dawn, kinder with cream, and steady company for whatever the day writes next. Whole bean, sealed the morning it is roasted.
