Cold brew steeped for eighteen hours, finished with wildflower honey, a whisper of lavender, and orange peel torched at the bar. Poured over a single clear cube. Here for the summer, then gone.

The House Blend
Our signature,
by the bag.
The blend that pulls every espresso in the house. Roasted slow and dark in small batches, rested three days, then sealed the same week it leaves the drum. Reserved bags are held at the counter for seven days.
