The Salon

A Room for the Morning Hour

Beneath the striped awning the room fills slowly: the grinder turning, trays of croissants still warm, crepes folded at the iron. We built Morning Brew Co. the way the grand cafes of Europe were built, as a place to sit a while, not merely to pass through.
